We are moving from "Cyber-AI" to "Embodied AI." This is the next frontier where large models are integrated into physical robots that can see, hear, and interact with the real world.
Embodied AI uses "Large Behavior Models" that are trained not just on text, but on physical actions and sensory data. This allows robots to understand complex commands like "Go to the kitchen and find a clean mug." The AI reasons about the spatial environment and chooses the physical movements needed to achieve the goal.
The breakthrough in Embodied AI is the integration of LLM-level reasoning with real-time physical control. By using an LLM to "plan" the task and specialized vision-action models to "execute" it, we are creating robots that are far more versatile and useful in home and industrial settings than traditional pre-programmed machines.
